A great property with an amazing view and free WiFi. Loved the well-equipped kitchen, but who needs instructions for the heating? I warmed up with Welshcakes and felt like royalty. 😉

This place is simply mind-blowing! The property is impeccably maintained with super comfy beds and jaw-dropping bay views from some rooms. The kitchen surprises you with delicious Welshcakes, biscuits, and milk. The spaciousness and plenty of bathrooms make it perfect for groups. The location is ideal, quiet yet close to everything. The house feels wonderfully homely and is equipped with everything you need, including wi-fi and an electric kettle. Beach access is a bonus. Parking off-site is convenient, and it's great that no pets or smoking are allowed on site.

The location is perfect - quiet yet near to everything. The house feels incredibly homely and is equipped with everything you could possibly need - from an electric kettle to beach access. The beds are very comfy and the property is well maintained. The Welshcakes, biscuits, and milk left in the kitchen were a really nice touch. The wi-fi was strong and reliable, and there was a convenient and secure off-site car park available. it was a fantastic stay with no worries about pets as they are not allowed, and we appreciated the no smoking policy on-site. Highly recommend this place for a fabulous and enjoyable trip.

The villa was well maintained and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The view from some of the rooms was fine, overlooking the beautiful bay. It was a nice touch to find Welshcakes, biscuits, and milk waiting for us in the kitchen. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

I recently stayed at the beautiful Avondale in Porthmadog for a few days. The spacious rooms and abundance of bathrooms provided plenty of comfort for my group. The hotel's location is ideal - tucked away in a peaceful area, yet still close to everything we needed. The cozy and well-equipped house made us feel right at home. Additionally, the bay view from some of the rooms was absolutely stunning. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like Welshcakes, biscuits, and milk in the kitchen. a great and well-maintained property with very comfy beds.
I strongly recommend this hotel.
